Standard Collision Damage Waiver - CDW
Acceptance of the collision damage waiver, limits the rentals liability to the compulsory excess provided on that rate list.
Standard Theft Loss Waiver - TLW
Acceptance of the theft waiver, limits the renters liability to the compulsory excesses provided on the rate list. Personal belongings stolen from the vehicle are not covered.
Should the waiver be declined the hirer is responsible for the full value of the stolen vehicle.
In the event of details not providing accurate information relating to the loss of the rental vehicle, the hirer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle. In the event of an accident on a gravel road and/or an accident resulting in the
vehicle being totally irreparable and during a weekend rentals, the exception excess will apply.
Super Collision Damage Waiver - SCDW
When accepting the SCDW, you are liable for
the reduced excesses provided on the rate list.
Should the waiver be declined the hirer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
In the event of an accident on a gravel road and/or an accident resulting in
the vehicle being totally irreparable and during weekend rentals, the exception excess will apply.
Super Theft Loss Waiver - STLW
When accepting the STLW, you are liable for the reduced excess provided on the rate list.
Except when breaching Terms and Conditions of rental or providing false information relating to the incident or not providing keys to the vehicle.
